HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
The best way to start working with me is to simply reach out. I am here for you. I can answer any questions or concerns you may have and we can schedule a time to meet that is convenient for you. If I am tied up on another call or with a client, please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I am free.
HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
We accept payment by check, cash, venmo or credit card. We provide you with a receipt for payment which can be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement if your policy covers childbirth education and lactation consultation.
CAN I USE MY FLEX CARD TO PAY FOR CLASSES?
The best thing to do is to check with your program administrator, as the eligibility varies greatly between policies. But many consider these healthcare services and do permit payment using your flex card.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Out of consideration to us and our other clients, we request you provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel a session. This will allow us the opportunity to schedule with another family that may be waiting to meet with us.
DO YOU HAVE FREE PARKING?
Yes! There is plenty of free parking on street and directly across the street at the Hannah Williams Playground. Located on Main Street, we have created a wonderful little space setup like a comfortable living room with all the comforts of home. Plus we are in close walking distance to Starbucks, Dunkins, Einstein Bagels, 110 Grill, and Liberty Pizza if you need to grab something coming or going.
